Hurling Grip

Description

The hurling grip is a fundamental technique where the player holds the hurl (hurley) with both hands. The dominant hand grips the lower part of the hurl, while the non-dominant hand holds the upper part, about halfway or higher. The hands should be spaced comfortably apart, allowing for a balance of control and power. The dominant hand should be relaxed but firm, while the non-dominant hand provides stability for accurate striking and handling. The grip should be secure enough to control the ball but not so tight that it restricts movement.
